Our Studio

Welcome to Agents of Architecture! We are a team of passionate and experienced architects and designers who act on behalf of our clients to navigate the opportunities and risks of each project. With a balance of technical expertise and design creativity, we deliver diverse architectural solutions that are tailored to its context and have a clear sense of purpose.

Agents of Architecture was founded by directors David Klosser and Selena Sager with the belief that purposeful design has the power to improve lives and strengthen connections between people and place. Care sits at the centre of what we do—care for our clients, our team, and the environment we all share. We listen with empathy, design with integrity, and approach each project with respect for its unique context.

We Care - white icon of a hand holding a heart.

Collaboration is fundamental to our process. We see architecture as a collective effort, where ideas are strengthened through open dialogue and diverse perspectives. By working alongside clients, consultants, contractors, and communities, we bring leadership, expertise, and creativity to projects that are imaginative, enduring, and practical.

We Collaborate - white icon of three human figures working together.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of design and service. Every detail matters, whether it’s the clarity of our documentation, the functionality of a space, or the long-term value of the built outcome. Our measure of success is found in creating architecture that is both thoughtful and purposeful, serving the people who use it and the environments it inhabits.

We Serve - white icon of a pencil drawing a floor plan.

Curiosity drives us forward. We embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, explore new technologies and materials, and push the boundaries of sustainable design. With each project, we refine our practice, striving for solutions that are responsive, resilient, and meaningful, with a lasting positive impact on people and the environment.

We Grow - white icon of a plant with a few leaves sprouting from a mound of soil.

Whether it’s designing a bespoke home, reimagining multi-unit housing, shaping a commercial or industrial facility, or revitalising an existing building, we approach every project as an opportunity to make a positive difference. Our role is to listen, guide, and craft purposeful architecture that reflects your needs, enriches everyday life, and respects the environment we share.

Agents of Architecture are great to work with - total collaboration. They made the effort to get to know me and how I wanted to live. Providing excellent feedback and advice.

Our Story

David and Selena’s career paths crossed when they began working together in 2020. They soon realised they had a shared ideology, passion, and a like-minded approach to design, collaboration and problem solving solutions that formed the foundation of a strong professional connection.

They envisioned creating a design studio where they could apply their technical expertise, creativity and highly personable approach to make a greater impact on people and the built environment while delivering exceptional and innovative design solutions.
