Ashby Residence

Originally built in the 1960s, this four-bedroom home had been altered over time, resulting in a layout that no longer supported the way the family wanted to live.

Our design focused on reshaping the home’s internal planning to improve circulation, maximise the living spaces, and strengthen the connection between the interior and outdoor entertaining areas. Bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully reconfigured to enhance functionality, comfort, and everyday living, while the external refurbishment brought a cohesive architectural identity to the home.

The result is a contemporary family home that makes better use of every square metre, supports modern living, and delivers lasting value through carefully considered architectural design.
