The owners of this Ellerslie property saw an opportunity to make better use of their land while creating a place that would support their family for years to come. Their vision was to replace a single home with three well-designed residences, including a new home for themselves, providing flexibility for future generations while increasing the value and potential of the site.
Our role was to guide the project from feasibility through to construction, developing a design that balanced higher-density living with the qualities people value most in a home. Careful planning of the site and building layout ensured each residence enjoys natural light, privacy, generous outdoor living, and a strong sense of individuality.
Working closely with the client, consultants, and contractor throughout the project, we delivered a cohesive development that demonstrates how thoughtful architectural design can unlock the potential of an existing suburban property. The result is three contemporary homes that enhance the site, support changing family needs, and contribute positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.
